Watch Taylor Swift AMA Awards Performance 2010

For the second time on live TV, country superstar Taylor Swift belted out her new hit Back to December in front of a live audience and millions of fans – But this time, there was a little bit of a remix!

For those of you who don’t know the story behind the song, the lyrics (written by Swift) are reportedly about her ex-flame Taylor Lautner. The song is about the regret but this time around (she first performed the song on the CMAs a few weeks ago) the performance had a little twist.

After singing that she wished she could go back and change things, Taylor quickly switched gears and began singing the lyrics to One Republic’s Apologize.

She said “You said, it’s too late to apologize. He said it’s too late to apologize.”

Does this mean Taylor Lautner heard her first performance and rejected Taylor’s apology? Sure seems like it (even though Taylor probably doesn’t’ care now since she seems really happy with Jake Gyllenhaal :) ).

What do you think – Was Taylor trying to tell her fans that Lautner rejected her apology – otherwise, what was the reasoning for adding One Republic’s lyrics to her song?

Check out the vidoe below and let me know what you think!

PS. How hot did Taylor Swift look tonight? I thought she looked gorgeous during her performance!
